RESEARCH
While on a scientific research voyage in Kiribati, I developed this policy brief for the Sea Education Association and its regional partners in Kiribati. This project focused on tuna fish licensing costs and their economic relationship with the preservation and funding of the Phoenix Islands Marine Protected Area.
This semester long independent research project was completed under an economics professor and focused on identifying the most at risk nations given sea level rise projections and drafting a potential policy framework around key issues to be considered as well as potential solutions.
